Start with crisp Little Gem and Spring Mix salads, then indulge in a chilled seafood display of shrimp cocktail and fresh snow crab claws, alongside cured meats, artisan cheeses, pickled vegetables, and seasonal fruit. Visit our Chef’s Carving Station for garlic and herb Prime Rib with au jus, Honey Glazed Ham, and Roasted Turkey Breast with sage butter and brown gravy, carved to order and paired with cranberry chutney.
